Good to know

Total space is approximately 700 square feet. The cottage has a living area with smart TV and electric fireplace, full kitchen with dishwasher, and large island with seating for four. There is one bathroom, a washer and dryer, and two bedrooms each with a queen bed. The bedrooms have closets for storage. High speed Wi-Fi and a work desk with office chair are available in the cottage - just in case! For the outdoors, there is a table with 4 chairs and 4 additional outdoor chairs that can be used at the fire pit behind the cottage.

Other Details to Note

During the summer months there is a 7 night minimum stay. Weeks run Sunday-Sunday. During the rest of the year there is a 2 night minimum stay. Ridge Top has well water. It is safe to drink, but some guests prefer to bring bottled water for drinking. There is an Echo Dot, a voice-controlled smart speaker with Alexa, in the cottage for use by guests. If guests prefer, the Echo Dot can be turned off and will only function as a clock, not a smart device.

Place was amazing and super clean!! If I had 1 thing as a negative it was the hand soap , particularly in the kitchen, there were different kinds of soaps in the bottle and they didnt seem to mix, looked like a science experiment lol. The pump seemed to be a foaming pump & it squirted out weird not foam I put a paper towel under it to catch the drips and that worked. The owner definitely thought of everything even sleeping with a white noise machine. Having all the soaps, shampoo, Qtips, fresh coffee with grinder is absolutely amazing!! The QR code with things do was great!!

We spent three nights at the ridge top cottage. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Perfect location - walkable to the lake and to the town of Glen Arbor. Would definitely recommend.

Find us

You can bike or walk nearly everywhere. Within 1/2 mile are restaurants, grocery store, shops, 3 wineries, Cherry Republic, and the township park. Parking is available on site. Sleeping Bear Dunes and Lake Michigan beach is approximately 2 miles from the property. An entrance to natural hiking and paved biking trails is approximately 1/4 mile from the property.
